Maintenance and Repairs

As indicated in our
Post Sales Support, ECAV provides a degree of free telephone support for its customers.
If it turns out that there are technical problems with your equipment, the Customer may elect to utilise ECAV's Service and Repair facilities. This follows a formal process:
- On-site Support - If you are in the Greater Sydney area and urgently need on-site assistance we can generally get a technician to you within 4 hours (or sooner if the equipment is under a Maintenance Contract)
- Back-to-ECAV Support as the alternative
- Formal quote for repairs and parts potentially using a specialist Service Agent and with consideration of the warranty status of the equipment
- Quote Acceptance by Customer
- Re-installation or Return of equipment
- Quote Rejection and Fee Waivers
Scheduled maintenance
East Coast Audio Visual are specialists in preventative maintenance of audiovisual equipment according to a schedule agreed with the customer, including inspection, cleaning, adjustment and on site repairs. Please contact us for references.
Short-term hires/replacements
While your equipment is being fixed, or if you just need extra capacity short term, you can hire from East Coast a replacement or supplementary equipment, generally out of our hire stock. We can deliver and set up the equipment for you, and can even operate it for you if needed.
