With a combined 150+ years of experience in audio-visual and IT, we've seen the consequences of organisations buying cheap, no-brand AV products. It's not value for money for you and it doesn't translate into profit for us.

Our commitments to you are:

  • We only sell reputable brands from manufacturers that make reliable products and are physically represented in Australia to back up their comprehensive warranties and service commitments
    .
  • We don't import products, so there's no chance for a "grey import". These are products unofficially imported into Australia which means that the manufacturer's warranty is void and the product may not work in Australia, eg. some projector models, DVD players, set top boxes, etc.
  • We don't sell second-hand products.

Straightforward purchasing procedures

If you are a bona fide organisation in Australia and in good financial standing, you can order via a purchase order, email or over the phone, and we will invoice your accounts department with standard terms on delivery. There is no need to pre-register, pre-pay or use a credit card as with most other sites.

Problems with goods received

We happily comply with the statutory obligations for consumer protection so we have adopted a pretty simple approach. If you identify any problems once you receive the goods, contact us and we will work through a checklist with you to confirm what the actual problem is. If it's due to a fault of ours or the manufacturers we will arrange for its replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

After sales support for the years after you purchase

Our service doesn't stop with delivery or installation. We provide a range of post-sales support to ensure you get the best out of your AV equipment. All major equipment is marked with our hotline number. We provide consumable, support, warranty management, repair management, scheduled maintenance, and emergency hire/replacements.
