East Coast Audio Visual offers three types of training:

• Handover Training
• Product Courses
• Custom Courses

Handover Training

Training is offered as part of all of East Coast Audio Visual's installation quotes. This is the client's best chance to ensure they know how to operate and trouble shoot the equipment installed. At the time of handover, our AV consultant or technician will provide training on the basic operation of the configured equipment, and provide documentation on all the configured equipment.

If further training is required, or more personnel need to be trained, the options below are available.

Product Courses

To effectively use products such as Interactive Whiteboards and Easiteach requires user training up front. For these products we have standard course offerings available to be delivered on your premises at the times you nominate. Each of these has its own conditions and pricing which our AV consultant will advise you of, at the time of quotation.

Custom Courses

East Coast Audio Visual has an experienced in-house trainer, who can quickly develop and deliver a training course customised to your requirements. This can be quite cost-effective as, unlike many training institutions, East Coast only charges for the time of the trainer plus any related expenses. Ask our AV consultant for a quote!
