Before collaborating with ECAV, Aegis sought expert solutions to elevate its three-floor office’s audiovisual capabilities, reflecting its status as a groundbreaking creative media company.
Aegis Media had specific requirements for its workspace during this office fit-out. Their multifaceted office, which included meeting rooms, breakout zones, media chambers, and huddle spaces, demanded robust and user-friendly audiovisual systems to sustain daily operations.
Understanding Aegis Media’s unique needs, ECAV turned to their Smart Construction methodology to pinpoint potential challenges and tailor-made solutions. ECAV furnished multiple spaces, including meeting rooms, breakout zones, and creative brainstorming areas with top-tier systems like TVs and wireless presentation devices. Prioritising user ease, ECAV implemented retractable cables and plug-and-play connections in all spaces while introducing digital signage throughout. To ensure seamless operation, ECAV provided training for the digital signage software and collaborated closely with Aegis’s ICT department for flawless integration.
